Delete Your Account
Learn how to permanently delete your Knight Chase account and associated data.
Method 1: Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Knight Chase app:
- Open Knight Chase on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account"
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress, scores, and leaderboard data will be deleted.
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer email, you can request account deletion by contacting us:
- Email: contact@azingames.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: Your Google account email or username used in the game
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your username and profile information
- Game progress and achievements
- Leaderboard scores and rankings
- Any in-app purchase history (Premium status)
- Device identifiers linked to your account
Please note: Analytics data that has already been anonymized and aggregated cannot be deleted.
